Windows and doors are made to measure. First we check dimensions and choices, then you receive a quote, and after approval the order moves to production.

Delivery method depends on pallet size and unloading place
When the order is ready at the factory, products are placed on a transport pallet, tied and protected for the journey. Usually products are in the customer yard about one week after production.
Tail-lift truck
Possible if products fit on a Euro pallet and the unloading place is suitable.
Truck and forklift
Wide pallets are delivered by truck near the plot. Unloading usually happens by forklift.
HIAB delivery
If forklift unloading is not possible, intermediate unloading and HIAB delivery can be arranged.
Insurance
Deliveries are insured
All shipments are insured. If a window or glass is damaged during transport, the product is replaced. Check the delivery before signing the consignment note, report damage immediately and take photos.

Made-to-measure windows and doors need a clear order process. Dimensions, colours, opening methods, glazing and accessories are checked first.
The delivery address is important already at the quote stage because transport price depends on distance, pallet size and unloading method.

What should I do if I see transport damage?
Mark the damage on the consignment note, take photos and notify us immediately. Shipments are insured against transport damage.
